Mosaic Marketing Operations was preparing to transition from traditional marketing into an AI-driven, data-led consultancy.
I was tasked to redesign their brand identity to reflect this new direction while keeping a thread of familiarity for their existing clients.

Background & Challenge
Mosaic’s original brand identity was warm, approachable and service-oriented; perfect for its past positioning, but not aligned with its future vision.
The challenge was two-fold:
Retain recognizability by preserving key elements from the old brand
Shift the visual tone from warm and friendly to sleek, innovative, and tech-forward
It’s already in the name.
The client had wanted to incorporate some AI element into the new logo.
The word ‘mosaic’ already has AI in it, so I decided to explore logotype options that emphasize the AI in ‘mosaic’.
We ultimately went with the fourth option.
Logo Exploration
Logo
The new logo is a sleek, modern logotype. The ‘AI’ is highlighted with a bright, turquoise colour to emphasize Mosaic’s shift towards AI-driven marketing.
Colour Palette
Mosaic’s warm, orange-yellow palette gave way to a cooler, tech-inspired teal and turquoise combination. The teal communicates trust and stability, while turquoise adds freshness and creativity, together with positioning Mosaic as a forward-thinking, innovative consultancy.
Typography
The brand typography retains the same typeface as the original brand identity, a sleek sans serif typeface called Silka.

I was also tasked to redesign the company website based on an existing web template.
The new brand elements were implemented into the new website, giving the brand a cohesive, future-ready look.
I also illustrated the web banners and assets throughout.
